To provide our customers with exceptional products and outstanding service, at competitive prices, and to protect the integrity of our merchandise, Lizzie G. Formals will abide by the following:​

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.

We value your business and want our merchandise in pristine condition for our customers.​​​​

Layaway:

Lizzie G. Formals offers layaway solely as a service to our customers to make it easier for them to pay for their purchases over time.

Following are the terms by which we handle layaway sales​​:

 

• All items on layaway will remain at Lizzie G. Formals until they are paid in full.

 

• The amount required to put an item on layaway is 50% of the purchase price plus sales tax, there are no additional fees or interest charges.

 

​• Maximum time for an item to be on layaway is 90 days unless other arrangements have been made.

​

• Deposits and payments on layaways are non-refundable.​

​

• Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments will be handled on an individual basis.

​

• Any layaways not picked up before the 90 days will be returned to store inventory, and the deposit will be forfeited.
